When we tried to turn it on here it will not even turn on. We had the battery checked and it is good with charge and everything.

I got 2 of them fixed under warranty but they are once again back to not wanting to charge and yes Blu is well aware of the issue with these phones but they do not care! I fixed it by letting restarting the computer and letting it sit there eventually about 10 mins later it powered on and i disconnected it properly.

The thing i would try is hooking it up to a different charger altogether. See if any lights come on or anything. After about 5mins push and hold the power button.

Again wait for lights sound etc. If nothing try a reset.

No wonder people think this crappy phone is good as there are no negative reviews on the Microsoft store. This is by far my worst purchase experience in a new phone ever.

Be as informative as possible. I got the phone last month New from Overstock. I unpacked it put in the battery and sim card.

I tried it. This is what I did. Then I Pressed the volume down button for factory mode and then you can reset by scrolling down to the last option and press on the home button on the front of your to accept the option.

The phone should come back home.

Mine is on now but there is still a problem with the off and on button. Well at least I can now get my contacts out of the phone. Im going to try to transfer my data to my cheap reliable old fashioned samsung slider phone.
