Had to exchange one due to a thumb print of bad pixels. I suspect someone wasn’t wearing gloves during assembly and the oil from their fingers caused the damage.

Also it is impossible to find a rugged case and the tablet is very slim and delicate.

The plus pack also allows for the use of external hard drives. I didn’t have to download any programs or anything, both my 1tb and 2tb external drives worked right from plugging them in.

Blutooth keyboard connected with zero issues. The sound is great for music and videos even with just the built in speaker but better with the plus pack.

I can not imagine a better tablet. Nor do I need to since I already own this one.
