It just wouldn’t “show” it as LTE. Not really a deal breaker for me, as the I might not have bought it knowing that.

Having said that, it isn’t worth returning as it is really a nice phone. My biggest fear was that I would be doing a downgrade on the XL camera vs. The camera so far has been perfectly acceptable to me.

This phone more than meets the task.

I made a P, 30 frames per second video on a cloudy day of a bush being blown by the wind. I connected my camera to a 60″ plasma and the picture was very good with no artifacts.

All in all a great phone, except for the speed. If you have never had a windows phone, once you get past the differences compared to Android, you will find it to be on par at the very least and in a few areas above Android.

Keep in mind I have used Android since very close to it’s inception, and in general very happy with Android. I just felt it was time to try something different and I am glad I did.

I will say that the biggest complaints MIGHT be the lack of some apps mostly banking appsbut pinning the banks’ mobile websites to the Start Screen is a perfect workaround for this.

All the major apps are on Windows Phone, so the app gap is not an issue. The biggest issues I’ve noticed with this phone is the difficulty in removing the SIM cards you just have to work the SIM out of the slot if you want to remove it.

Battery life is exceptional. The screen and slower processor sound like downsides on paper but the resolution is enough for anything i do on it work phone.

Camera’s are fine. Would prefer a physical shutter switch rather than the onscreen one but you get used to it. Here Drive is really good.

Just recently, I had a destination set and ready to go while my wife was still trying to figure out how to turn on location services on her iPhone 6!

The phone arrived quickly which was great because my old Lumia was giving me a lot of problems. I was a little worried with all the postings I saw were phones arrived in a different language, usually Chinese which mine’s didbut as soon as I popped my SIM card in, the phone automatically switched to English with no additional setup required.

Overall, it’s a great phone for the price but I’ll probably get the Lumia XL as soon as my budget allows. This phone is from Hong Kong and the set up is all in Chinese.

I don’t read Chinese so it is a bit of a pain. Would have given it a 5 if the seller could at least provide some instructions or screenshots to help somebody who does not read Chinese to at least get through the set up to where they can customize the language and the region.
